• Rates are per couple and include breakfast. Vermont room and meals tax of 9% is added to your bill upon check out.

• Guests are greeted with a special treat from Chef Michel to help you unwind after your journey and keep you going until supper.

• Breakfast is made to order and afternoon goodies are all a part of the memorable experience we have in store for you.

• Fine dining and Sunday brunch is available at Asta's Restaurant. We can also recommend other dining choices in our area or provide room service and picnic baskets or boxed lunches for our guests.

• Our two person spa is available to hotel guests at a pre-booked rate of $25 per 45 minutes for two.

• Cancellation Policy
  All deposit refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing charge. Room deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. For cancelation with less than 14 days notice, late arrival and early departure, deposits will be refunded only if the suite can be rented during the time reserved.

• Deposits
  All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to the room rate for one night or half of the total stay.

• Credit Cards
  MC or VISA are only accepted in the hotel. Restaurant charges may be put on your room account. We give cash or check discounts.

• Children

• Pets
  Cats, dog, peacock and other outdoor birds and sheep in residence. You can see them on the Grounds Page. Sorry, we cannot accept guest pets.

• Smoking
  In Vermont you may not smoke in a public place. At Asta's we request you not smoke inside the building or near doors or open windows. We provide a covered smoking garden where you can smoke.
